Hello again!

Hello, once again, kind people!

I’ve not been here in a while and I thought some of you may be wondering if I’m dead… or dying… or I’ve been locked away in a padded cell to conquer the voices. I hope it’s a relief, maybe a shame, for some to hear I’m neither (yet)!

The album is complete minus the artwork. I’ve been shot down twice with promises to deliver but… NEIN! My grandfather is on the job this time, and being retired, as to spend much time on it, and very skilled artist of many forms, I’m very excited to see the result.

I’ve also been tangled up in a few more recording projects, if you’d care to look for them, google would appreciate it.

There’s so much fucking spam on here too. Damn those bastard comment bots.

It’s Summer!

So it’s 27/03/11 at 5:17 a.m and have just now ended a session on a new song and totalled up the album for Psilodigm. It’s officially at 16 tracks now, totalling nearly one hour; making it an official full length, a first for Psilodigm.

It has a HUGE soundscape; some gritty, soft, loud, quiet, wiiiide, dubish, d’n'b ish, rocky, ambient, ‘deep’ (wtf is that) as some would say, dancey, uplifting, tranquit, relaxing, heaaavvyy bass and so so so much more. track list so far:

Quick update

I have a new track ready for upload; I’ll get right on that as soon as I’ve finished the next nugget of news:

I have almost completed (70 – 80%) my tab for The Cinematic Orchestra – Music Box (at f*@/ing last!), I have just a few kinks to knock out and it shall be freeeeeee. Expect to see it appear here within the next few days!

It’s been a while.

I’ve not posted here in a good, eeerr, 4 months so I’m dropping a message by with some updates and news.

In regards to the new album coming out, I can’t say it’s going to be any time soon. Because of my new production methods, college work load, as well as taking on other music projects, I’ve been getting less and less time to work on the finale album. The odd thing is I’m seriously convinced by myself that it is going to be released soon, and I tell many people that it’s going to released, yet realisticly I know it won’t.

Anyway, looking at the mix folders for three I’m counting 3 tracks mixed, 7 completely recorded and 6 more under composition (with some to be dropped from the release). I still haven’t decided what art designs I want commissioned yet I’m pretty firm on the idea of hand making the physical product. I feel it would add some sentiment to it.

What’s new?

Not much, as per usual, I’ve been pre-releasing some tracks on SoundCloud.com purely because of the ease of use and accessibility.
